5. There's No Traffic On The Extra Mile
- Literally. If you want a body that looks like you wake up at 5 am every morning to get your sweat on, maybe you need to wake up at 5 am every morning and get your sweat on. You won't hit traffic on your way to the gym ;)

This next one is for the ladies...
4. If You Want An Ass That Just Won't Quit, YOU CAN'T QUIT!
- Squat, squat, squat! I always hear women say, "I hate leg day." To that I say if you hate leg day, you're not working your upper body hard enough! The center of gravity in women is lower than that of a man (in women it is in the uterus area; in men up near the navel). That's why many men can do more pull-ups than women. But what I am saying is, embrace leg day, ladies. Do those squats, lunges, leg extensions. Buns of steel!

3. Just Do It. (Nike)
They've summed down personal training into three words. People ask how results are achieved and it takes hard work and it totally sucks sometimes. I once saw a tweet that said, "'Oh man I regret doing that work out' -no one ever'." For real! How many times have you skipped working out and felt SO bad about it? Nike has the tough love answer to that: Just Do It!

2. Sweat Is Fat Crying
   Hahahahahahahahahahahaha

1. If You Ain't Drippin', You Might As Well Be Skippin'
My dad taught me that one. I know a lot of people who hate working out because they hate to sweat. I've had clients come in and ask me for an easy workout to avoid messing up their makeup. Um... excuse me? The great thing about the gym is you could be walking on the treadmill next to a gagillionaire and you wouldn't even know it because you're both wearing old t-shirts you got at an event of some sort and sweatpants. He doesn't care if you're sweating. When you see those droplets of sweat hit the floor, see the calories from that margarita go with it. Get sweat marks on the machines. No one will judge you....unless you don't wipe the machine down afterwards.

So there you have it. Five motivational slogans to keep in mind during your next work out. Embrace the pain, be a beast!
